This distinctive wine is matured using the traditional ageing method. After maceration and fermentation on its own yeasts, Malvazija Classic ages for 9 months in wooden barrels. It displays an intense straw-yellow colour. The aroma is finely expressed, with notes of fruit, flowers and spice overlaid with vanilla. The palate is dry, saline, soft and rounded, with a fine bitter finish. Ideally served with fish dishes, seafood and pasta.

Franc Arman Merlot Superior matures partly in large oak barrels and partly in barrique casks. It is characterised by a deep dark-red colour. This atypically styled wine is full and robust, yet still pleasantly drinkable, marked by aromas of ripe cherry and raspberry with a chocolate-and-spice aftertaste. Discreet oak notes intertwine gently with the fruit aromatics, contributing to the wine’s superior overall impression.

A naturally sparkling wine produced by the Charmat method, Brut, 12.5% vol. alcohol. Rich effervescence and a multitude of fine bubbles rising to the surface tease the senses and invite tasting. Thanks to secondary fermentation in tank, the characteristic aroma of Istrian Malvasia dominates, recalling citrus and acacia blossom. On the palate it is fresh and lively, yet at the same time full of flavour — unpretentious, but capable of satisfying even the most demanding palate.

This grape variety, also known worldwide as Rundler or Burgunder, delivers excellent quality on the Narduči sites. The wine is yellow in colour with a reddish sheen. It has a fresh fruity aroma with a pleasant hint of dandelion. The taste is varietal, very harmonious and persistent. Best paired with fish dishes, seafood and pasta.

A wine with a pronounced yet elegant and non-aggressive aroma. The nose is dominated by characteristic herbal-fruity notes, while the palate reveals tropical fruit — mango, passion fruit and citrus — with a herbal finish. This fresh, medium-bodied wine pairs ideally with noble cheeses, fish dishes and shellfish.

Teran Barrique is a wine made from hand-picked grapes that reaches its optimal tasting moment only after it has achieved the desired maturity, which is why each bottle is sealed in a specially designed box. After ageing for 12 months in wooden barrels five metres underground, the wine requires a further three months of bottle maturation. For this reason, the box is unlocked only after 90 days using an app and a QR code, and during that waiting period the app sends the wine lover messages with insights from the world of oenology and the history of our winery. After three months the owner receives the unlocking code, and the bottle carries the message “Time for your time”. The unlocked treasure is within reach – a ruby-red wine with noble aromas and mature flavour, showing the characteristic notes of forest fruit and a subtle hint of vanilla, pairing perfectly with meat dishes, game, prosciutto and cheese, as well as various truffle dishes.

It shows excellent balance, pronounced flavor intensity, and a long, lingering finish with a touch of nectarine on the aftertaste. It is harmonious, easy to drink, and pairs excellently with delicate fruit tarts.

In Sylvis Arbor Malvazija Istarska is a harmonious wine distinguished by its straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. It is crystal clear and moderately dense.

The aromatic and attractive In Sylvis Florens Rosé dry wine is produced by processing the red Teran grape as if it were a white variety — through crushing, destemming, and pressing without maceration.

Istrian Malvasia is the most important and widespread indigenous grape variety in Istria, and Malvasia was the first wine produced by the In Sylvis winery. After hand-harvesting, the Istrian Malvasia grapes are processed through crushing, destemming, and pressing. The fermentation process is monitored daily in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions.

Tempora Anni (Latin for "seasons of the year") is a sparkling wine made from the Istrian Malvasia grape variety.

Named after our family nickname, this wine blends regional wine heritage with Marko's personal journey, who embarked on a winemaking adventure without a family tradition, creating it independently and wholeheartedly. Although both of us, Lara and Marko, collaborate on all In Sylvis wines, Teran Baćun is exclusively Marko’s wine, showcasing both the robust character of the Teran variety and the Baćun family spirit.

This method is most commonly used with white wines, especially varieties such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, but also with sparkling wines.

Kocijan Aromatic Traminer opens with intense aromas of rose, lychee and ripe peach, accompanied by delicate spicy notes. The palate is rounded and full, with a gentle sweetness balanced by freshness. Felicità is a premium sparkling wine from Međimurje, crafted by the traditional bottle-fermentation method from the Pušipel variety. In an Extra Brut style, it is extremely dry, precise and elegant, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose offers freshness of white fruit and citrus with subtle brioche notes typical of long lees ageing. On the palate it is vibrant, clean and refined, with a mineral finish that invites another sip. Its name is inspired by the timeless song “Felicità” as a symbol of festivity, joy and the celebration of life.
