It pairs excellently with veal roast prepared under the traditional "čripnja" (baking bell) with homemade potatoes.

At first sniff, notes of cherry and chocolate appear, followed by hints of star anise and clove, and finally a touch of lilac blossom. In Sylvis Arbor Malvazija Istarska is a harmonious wine distinguished by its straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. It is crystal clear and moderately dense.

The aromatic and attractive In Sylvis Florens Rosé dry wine is produced by processing the red Teran grape as if it were a white variety — through crushing, destemming, and pressing without maceration.

Istrian Malvasia is the most important and widespread indigenous grape variety in Istria, and Malvasia was the first wine produced by the In Sylvis winery. After hand-harvesting, the Istrian Malvasia grapes are processed through crushing, destemming, and pressing. The fermentation process is monitored daily in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions.

Tempora Anni (Latin for "seasons of the year") is a sparkling wine made from the Istrian Malvasia grape variety.

Named after our family nickname, this wine blends regional wine heritage with Marko's personal journey, who embarked on a winemaking adventure without a family tradition, creating it independently and wholeheartedly. Although both of us, Lara and Marko, collaborate on all In Sylvis wines, Teran Baćun is exclusively Marko’s wine, showcasing both the robust character of the Teran variety and the Baćun family spirit.

Kabolina Malvazija is in excellent balance, with pronounced flavor intensity and fine flavor persistence. This method is most commonly used with white wines, especially varieties such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, but also with sparkling wines.

Kocijan Aromatic Traminer opens with intense aromas of rose, lychee and ripe peach, accompanied by delicate spicy notes. The palate is rounded and full, with a gentle sweetness balanced by freshness. The texture is soft and opulent, leading to a long, perfumed and persistent finish. A highly aromatic and elegant wine, perfect for moments that call for something festive.

Felicità is a premium sparkling wine from Međimurje, crafted by the traditional bottle-fermentation method from the Pušipel variety. In an Extra Brut style, it is extremely dry, precise and elegant, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose offers freshness of white fruit and citrus with subtle brioche notes typical of long lees ageing. On the palate it is vibrant, clean and refined, with a mineral finish that invites another sip. Its name is inspired by the timeless song “Felicità” as a symbol of festivity, joy and the celebration of life.

Pale yellow-green in colour with discreet varietal aromas dominated by floral and citrus notes, complemented by subtle herbal nuances reminiscent of dried hay. Very refreshing in character thanks to lively acidity and lower alcohol. Well-rounded on the palate with a gently tart, fruity profile of citrus and green apple.

Kocijan Rhine Riesling displays a pale straw colour with a delicate greenish hue. The nose reveals typical notes of green apple, lemon, white blossoms and a fine mineral accent. On the palate it is fresh, linear and elegant, driven by vibrant acidity that brings clarity and lift. The taste is fruity-citrusy with nuances of pear and green apple, finishing clean and persistent. A precise and tense wine, perfect as an aperitif or paired with light dishes.

Pale yellow green, silver reflections. Hints of yellow tropical fruit, some mango, guava and papaya, in the background some candied mandarin zest. Medium body, sweet white berryish fruit, some peach, subtle acidity, blossom honey in the finish, harmonious and versatile.

Kopjar Blanc de Blancs is made from organically grown Chardonnay using the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle. It spent two years ageing on the lees, which gives it elegant creaminess and a complex body with aromas of bread crust and butter. At the same time it shows pronounced fruitiness and minerality, enhancing the freshness and refinement of the sparkling wine.
