Rossi Winery

In the 1980s, winemaking became the main commercial activity of the Rossi family. Large quantities of their wines were distributed to Slovenia, where the demand for quality Istrian wines was growing. During the 1990s, significant amounts of bulk wine were sold to a wholesaler in Trieste. During this period, the Rossis also expanded the production of traditional spirits, introducing Biska (mistletoe brandy), Medenica (honey brandy), Eucalyptus, and Orahovac (walnut liqueur). With the turn of the millennium and the opening of a new century, under the motto "quality over quantity," the Rossis strategically invested in innovative technologies and product branding. Their vision is to produce top-quality wines and spirits, position themselves at the forefront of the premium domestic and international markets, and establish the Rossi family brand as a symbol of excellence in wine and spirits production.
