The vineyards lie on the hills around Buje, at 220–250 m above sea level, in the Bomarchese site. The ideal microclimate allows grapes to ripen while retaining enough acidity to give the wine fruitiness and balance, while the mineral white soil supports drinkability with its pronounced mineral notes. Part of the must undergoes cryomaceration and, after gentle pressing, ferments separately at 14–16 °C. The wine ages on fine lees in stainless steel until spring, when it is bottled.

Ciril is the first macerated wine from Anđelini Winery, made from grapes sourced from a seventy-year-old family vineyard. A 40-day skin maceration has given the wine its deep amber hue, layered character and pronounced texture. The nose shows dried fruit, tea and spice with a gentle oxidative touch typical of the style. On the palate it is dry, structured, lightly tannic and long-lasting. A wine for the table and for contemplation — an authentic expression of place and hand.

This gentle and silky wine of playful and authentic character exudes elegance and freshness, with citrus and floral nuances.The olfactory palette is led by fresh white fruit and citrus notes, followed by subtle floral-herbal hints in the background, with impressions of narcissus, daisy, chamomile, currant leaf, meadow herbs and green tea. On the palate it delivers energetic freshness with fruity aromas of green apple and pear, lime, kiwi, green grapefruit and lemon.Malvasia matures for six months in stainless steel tanks, and the ideal serving temperature is 8–12 °C. Istrian Malvasia is the most important and widespread indigenous grape variety in Istria, and Malvasia was the first wine produced by the In Sylvis winery. After hand-harvesting, the Istrian Malvasia grapes are processed through crushing, destemming, and pressing. The fermentation process is monitored daily in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions.

The Istrian Malvasia grapes are hand-harvested at full ripeness, macerated for 36 hours and vinified partly in acacia and oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. After one year of ageing in wood, the wine is further matured in the bottle for another year. This gives the wine fullness and strength while developing its aromatic profile with excellent freshness. Outstanding ageing potential.

Produced from a selection of the finest Teran grapes. It has an almost opaque purple color. On the nose, you will sense young and fresh aromas expressed through the intense scent of small red and black berries such as blackberry, blueberry, and strawberry, along with a hint of peppery notes and subtle forest nuances. On the palate, it is dry and shyly reveals its freshness, which is an essential characteristic of this wine, accompanied by a moderate body and low tannins.

Teran Barrique is a wine made from hand-picked grapes that reaches its optimal tasting moment only after it has achieved the desired maturity, which is why each bottle is sealed in a specially designed box. After ageing for 12 months in wooden barrels five metres underground, the wine requires a further three months of bottle maturation. For this reason, the box is unlocked only after 90 days using an app and a QR code, and during that waiting period the app sends the wine lover messages with insights from the world of oenology and the history of our winery. After three months the owner receives the unlocking code, and the bottle carries the message “Time for your time”. The unlocked treasure is within reach – a ruby-red wine with noble aromas and mature flavour, showing the characteristic notes of forest fruit and a subtle hint of vanilla, pairing perfectly with meat dishes, game, prosciutto and cheese, as well as various truffle dishes.

This grape variety, also known worldwide as Rundler or Burgunder, delivers excellent quality on the Narduči sites. The wine is yellow in colour with a reddish sheen. Yellow Muscat is a white, aromatic grape variety belonging to the Muscat family. It is grown mostly in Istria and northern Italy, where it is commonly used for the production of dessert wines. The wine is known for its large, loose clusters of deep yellow berries and its golden colour in the glass.Beyond its authentic and adventurous character, Yellow Muscat is defined by a unique and strongly fruity flavour, alongside an intense aromatic diversity and fullness of body. It displays fine freshness and structure, with a pronounced fruity muscat and floral bouquet, and pairs excellently with desserts when served at 6–8 °C.This semi-dry wine surprises with its fruity harmony and long-lasting pleasant freshness, whose energetic and original aromas are complemented by a dense texture and sweet, rich flavours.

On the Terre Rosse site near Petrovija (close to Umag) both genetically very close yet distinct varieties, Teran and Refosco, grow on red soil. Both have high acidity and a large share of antioxidants, producing fresh, invigorating and long-lasting wines. Low yield provides additional assurance of aroma quality and the potential for long ageing. Alcoholic fermentation begins at 25–28 °C for 10–15 days. Malolactic fermentation and maturation take place in small oak barrels for 36 months, helping to round the initially lively acids and tannins. This is followed by blending and ageing in a large cask for several months, after which the wine settles and matures in bottle for a further 6 months.
